Full Moon Cacao Ceremony
Date: Friday, 14th March 2025

Join Catalina and Deborah in a small and intimate setting for a transformative evening of healing, connection, and intentional being. Immerse yourself in the mystical world of ceremonial-grade cacao and the power of rituals within circles and community as we delve into profound inner-reflection within ourselves & others. We will embody the Full Moon’s energy and release what no longer serves us.
This sacred and intentional gathering is designed to nourish your mind, body, and spirit.
Event Highlights:
✨ Breathwork & Meditation: Transition to a quieter, more present state of mind. Breathwork is a powerful tool to create calm and centred energy allowing you to feel connected and aligned. By using intentional breathing techniques you will shift away from the mind's overthinking and allow yourself an opportunity to let go of what no longer serves you.
✨ Cacao Ceremony: Experience the heart-opening and conscious-expanding effects of ceremonial grade cacao as you connect with your inner-self and the collective energy of the group. The specially prepared cacao drink is made by Catalina with almond milk, spices, and honey (please advise ahead of event if any allergies). Cacao is the fermented, raw, and unrefined seed of the Cacao tree (Theobroma Cacao) which translates to “food of the Gods” because of it’s rich content of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals.
**Calming herbal infusion option available for those who do not tolerate, wish to have, or are very sensitive to caffeine or chocolate
✨ Full Moon Energy: on the 14th we will witness the Worm Moon which surrounds the energy around renewal and growth. It is the last full moon before we enter the turn of the seasons, transitioning into Spring. The sun begins to warm, the very first signs of life begin to return. It is an inspiration to let go of clutter both physically and energetically. To let go of what no longer is supporting us in our lives and to plant seeds for new beginnings and possibilities to blossom.
✨ Women Circle: This safe and supportive space is for people to share (only as wished), express, listen, creating a strong sense of support, empowerment, and connection.
**Please come dressed in something comfortable as you will be seated for most of the time**
